Only been having personal training sessions with Zed for the past few weeks, but I can honestly say he’s the best personal trainer I’ve ever had. The knowledge I am gaining every week, and the range of exercises I’m being taught is great.
My training plan is easy to follow and I know how to do every exercise on there properly and with confidence when on my own at the gym.
I come away after every personal training session feeling really good about myself, as Zed motivates you to work hard and push yourself with every exercise so your getting the very best out of yourself.
Boxing is also involved and the knowledge Zed has with boxing is brilliant.

Couldn’t recommend Zed enough! 🙂
