Hi, my name is Zed and I am a very result-driven personal trainer, and with my fun, supportive and dedicated approach I will ensure that you will become the best you possible!

I can’t recommend zed enough!
Zed has been brilliant in working with my specific needs and truly understands what is necessary to help me meet my goals, with this I now have a training plan which is tailored for me to follow easily when he isn’t around enabling me to go to the gym and understand what I’m doing. I’ve gone from joining a gym and just using the basic cardio equipment like the treadmill to now lifting weights! Initially I was only going to have a few sessions to get me going, I’m now 9months in and seeing zed twice a week, I now feel confident using weights and knowing I’ve been taught correct form so that I won’t hurt myself.

Only been having personal training sessions with Zed for the past few weeks, but I can honestly say he’s the best personal trainer I’ve ever had. The knowledge I am gaining every week, and the range of exercises I’m being taught is great.
My training plan is easy to follow and I know how to do every exercise on there properly and with confidence when on my own at the gym.
I come away after every personal training session feeling really good about myself, as Zed motivates you to work hard and push yourself with every exercise so your getting the very best out of yourself.
Boxing is also involved and the knowledge Zed has with boxing is brilliant.

Couldn’t recommend Zed enough! 🙂

Training with Zed has been a real eye opener. He has changed my perception of training and it has always been enjoyable whilst getting results at the same time, win win!

Thanks to Zed’s expert guidance I now have a wide range of exercises I feel comfortable doing on my own in the knowledge that my form is good and have the understanding of how they will benefit me.

I would not hesitate recommend Zed to anyone, whatever their ability as what he has to offer can benefit anyone.

Zed has been amazing! Only had a few sessions with him but he’s pushed me to the limit every time. I cannot wait to see how far I can go with my training and couldn’t think of anyone better to guide me!

I’ve only done a few sessions with zed now but wow! I’ve never been a big fan of exercise but after each session, I have come out motivated and excited to work out. Zed really pushes you to your full potential and helps you with consistent motivation and support both during sessions and in between sessions. I have learnt so much already from him and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me.
