Sam had been training me for 6 months now x3 a week. I was very dubious regarding personal training as I used to think what’s the point. Well I wish I’d met Sam 20 years ago as I’d be a lot fitter and healthier for it. He is very knowledgeable and knows his craft very well. He’s personable and dedicated in getting the very best from his clients. I regularly recommend Sam.
