Hi I’m Russ from RH Sports Massage based here in Christchurch. I have a background in the military along with a long interest in training and some competitive powerlifting.
Sports Massage is my passion and being able to help people back to their best is an absolute pleasure. I am by no means your traditional massage therapist and combine traditional techniques with an up to date ethos. Sports massage can be used to help people from all backgrounds and abilities and is by no means limited to athletes or sports people.
Qualifications
- Level 3 diploma in Sports Massage Therapy
- Level 1 + 2 Kinesiology
