RPM Fitness was established in 2004 by local fitness trainers & graduates of Glyndwr University; Gavin Rogers & Jon Patey.
For over 10 years RPM have been constantly evolving to improve the service and knowledge provided to members. Put simply we aim to provide members with every opportunity to achieve their goals and further exceed their expectations. We offer coaching, support and motivation to help members achieve these lifestyle changes.
Whatever your reason for joining the gym, whether its body fat loss, improving general fitness, train for a 10k run, to build muscle or rehabilitation after injury the RPM team are confident we can help.
We pride ourselves on working with every member that joins our gym to make them fitter, faster, stronger and more importantly feeling healthier and positive about themselves. At RPM you will be receiving a high level service from our passionate team that are on hand to help you at all times reach your goals!
Our methods comprise of training our members hard but smart to ensure results in all areas of fitness and also improvements in posture and the reduction of injuries. Furthermore our training methods are time efficient, stimulating and challenging! This way you will be continually progressing and avoiding any plateaus which so many people fall into when joining a gym.
