We are very proud of our recently refurbished, premium gym, with affordable memberships, and the latest in gym technology. We continually look to evolve as a gym and functional training centre, ensuring our members of a high standard in what we offer.
Our facilities include over 50 classes a week to suit all fitness levels. We have a dedicated spin/cycling studio that incorporates the latest in heart rate training technology, Olympic platform lifting, substantial loose weights area, full range of pin select eqpt, 22m grassed functional training area, the latest in cardio fitness equiptment, a matted studio for yoga, Pilates and other classes, and the latest in sunbed technology.
Other facilities include brand new, specially designed changing and shower facilities, our sports cafe and One Sport Nutrition shop, FREE parking, The Beauty Den beauty salon, and what’s more a fantastic community spirit.
